Boiler Packages
VIGAS Boiler sizes are 25, 40, 50, and 80 KW, and use
highly efficient “Downburning Gasification” to firstly drive off the Tars,
Alcohols, Cellulose & Resins from air dried split logs as a gas then burning the
remaining charcoal with 93% efficiency.
Boilers and tanks can be mixed and matched to suit
various applications, outputs and demands, traditional oil & gas boilers can
combine their output into the storage tank giving backup during holidays or high
demand.
Solar panels fitted nearby can contribute free heat to
the system through the coils fitted inside the tanks.
For the overall efficiency
of a wood boiler plant the interaction of suitable components is crucial. These
packages guarantee a maximum of efficiency.
